What you will do

• Lead frontend development for Expert Services engagements, owning delivery quality and scalability.
• Develop reusable UI elements using CSS, SASS, HTML5, and React via the hirify.global Atlas UI Framework.
• Make autonomous UX and visual decisions to ensure applications remain polished, consistent, and user-centered.
• Translate business requirements directly into intuitive UI designs from concept to implementation.
• Facilitate project meetings and Scrum ceremonies, championing agile methodologies with stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal UI patterns, documentation, and the hirify.global developer community.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development and/or app delivery consulting.
• Proficiency in CSS, SASS, HTML5, and React.
• Must be based in the United States.
• A demonstrable design eye with a portfolio showcasing visually refined UI work.
• Experience with Figma, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
