What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify technical and operational pain points during pre-sales cycles.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to analyze prospect ERP, CMMS, and EAM systems.
• Create integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates.
• Develop a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
• Assess integration feasibility and risk for deal reviews and pricing.
• Conduct live demos and proof-of-concept integrations for prospects.

Requirements

• 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, or Infor.
• Ability to translate technical scopes into accurate effort estimates.
