What you will do

• Design and implement bespoke, complex technical solutions and integrations that meet unique customer needs.
• Serve as a deeply technical advisor for customers, owning technical strategy from initial architecture through ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate requirements into actionable development plans.
• Develop comprehensive technical implementation plans, architectures, and scopes of work for paid engagements.
• Troubleshoot strategic technical challenges and validate technical feasibility for new product launches.
• Document technical requirements and bespoke integrations to drive future automation and iterative deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Consultant.
• 3+ years of technical experience managing complex customer environments with deep knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, and Programming.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact, custom technical engagements that drive tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate workstreams and improve day-to-day efficiency.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
