What you will do

• Develop and implement operational workflows and collaboration models between care teams and oncology practice partners.
• Tailor engagement approaches based on practice size, structure, and preferences to maximize patient value.
• Partner with Product and Data Science teams to define and beta test tools that enhance clinical communication.
• Serve as a key clinical partner for oncology practices, managing relationships with clinical leadership.
• Identify trends and operational gaps across the network to drive scalable improvements.
• Own initiative strategy, resource advocacy, and regular progress reporting to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or value-based care models.
• Proven track record of partnering with provider organizations (specialty care or oncology preferred).
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from design to execution.
• Deep understanding of provider workflows and clinical practice operations.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in the US.

• Clinical background with a transition into strategy, operations, or program leadership.
• Experience in oncology or palliative care models.
• Background in care coordination or provider enablement.
