What you will do

• Lead validation and software testing activities across multiple platform delivery projects in regulated environments.
• Design, execute, and review functional, integration, regression, and performance test cases with full traceability to requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to assess software changes and identify risks.
• Manage project timelines, testing priorities, and defect tracking for onsite and offshore testing activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing testing processes, tools, and automation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering or validation within regulated or complex technical environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with test management systems, bug tracking tools, and automation frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
