Senior Test Engineer (QA)

TL;DR

Senior Test Engineer (QA/RPA): Develop and execute test plans for workflow automation in ServiceNow, Dynamics, and emerging technologies with an accent on RPA using UiPath and Power Automate, plus dashboards with Tableau and PowerBI. Focus on manual/automated testing, defect resolution, and supporting hyperautomation initiatives in a government environment.

Fully remote with occasional travel to Reston, VA office. US-based; ability to obtain ICE clearance required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for software applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure system quality and functionality.
• Report defects, collaborate with developers on fixes, and re-test resolutions.
• Maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Support RPA implementation within the SWIFT initiative.
• Participate in occasional in-person meetings at the Reston office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in software testing/QA, ideally in government/regulated environment.
• Experience with automation tools and RPA solutions.
• Ability to obtain ICE clearance.

Nice to have

• DHS Trusted Tester certification.
