Location: Remote (USA, Puerto Rico, Honduras) or Hybrid (Springfield, MO)

What you will do

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for insurance clients.
  • Lead the design and development of custom Duck Creek solutions using ManuScript.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team across the platform.
  • Drive solution approvals, including architecture and delivery timelines.
  • Take ownership of complex customer issues and lead them to resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate overall technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of industry experience, including 5+ years with Duck Creek products.
  • Deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy Administration and/or Billing.
  • Hands-on experience with ManuScript configuration and inheritance structures.
  • Strong background in C# custom business objects and XML.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Must be based in the USA, Puerto Rico, or Honduras.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Duck Creek APIs, Duck Creek Anywhere, and Duck Creek Skins.
  • Knowledge of Duck Creek Shredding and IDO.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
