- Receive and process customer orders from beginning to end

- Resolve problems and non-conformances quickly
Requirements
- University degree or College diploma with specialized training (chemistry, sales, or customer service) + 2 years customer service experience
- Strong organizational aptitude, detail-oriented, excellent time management
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player, customer-oriented, self-motivated, confident with stakeholders
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
