Salary: €86,000 – €135,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead global category strategies for direct raw materials and third-party manufacturing.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and performance management.
• Own commercial and strategic relationships with contract manufacturing partners.
• Deliver year-over-year cost productivity through should-cost analysis and demand aggregation.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks and lead business continuity planning.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performance team of procurement professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8-12 years of related experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of direct materials sourcing and supplier management experience.
• 3+ years managing third-party or contract manufacturing relationships.
• Must be based in Roosendaal, NL with an onsite requirement of 4 days in office.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience supporting S&OP / S&OE and cross-functional supply planning processes.
