Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 USD (California)

What you will do
- Manage strategic development and operations of brand partnerships including sports, ambassadors, and organizations to drive customer acquisition.
- Source opportunities, evaluate fit, support negotiations, and own day-to-day partner relationships.
- Develop activation ideas across IRL, content, PR, and commerce channels, and coordinate content production and onsite events.
- Support integrated partnership marketing programs across channels, aligning with commercial KPIs.
- Collaborate with Creative, Social, Media, and E-commerce teams on toolkits and amplification plans.
- Track performance metrics like ROI, reach, and sales impact; manage budgets, invoicing, and vendors.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in brand marketing, event activations, partnerships, or integrated marketing
- Proven ability to connect partnerships to measurable business outcomes
- Strong operational skills managing timelines, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional partners
- Data-driven mindset for analyzing performance metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience leading end-to-end partnerships, deal structuring, and rights management
- Culturally relevant activations driving brand and business impact
- IRL events and experiential marketing
- Working with talent, athletes, creators, or cultural partners
