Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 USD (California)

What you will do

  • Manage strategic development and operations of brand partnerships including sports, ambassadors, and organizations to drive customer acquisition.
  • Source opportunities, evaluate fit, support negotiations, and own day-to-day partner relationships.
  • Develop activation ideas across IRL, content, PR, and commerce channels, and coordinate content production and onsite events.
  • Support integrated partnership marketing programs across channels, aligning with commercial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Social, Media, and E-commerce teams on toolkits and amplification plans.
  • Track performance metrics like ROI, reach, and sales impact; manage budgets, invoicing, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in brand marketing, event activations, partnerships, or integrated marketing
  • Proven ability to connect partnerships to measurable business outcomes
  • Strong operational skills managing timelines, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional partners
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience leading end-to-end partnerships, deal structuring, and rights management
  • Culturally relevant activations driving brand and business impact
  • IRL events and experiential marketing
  • Working with talent, athletes, creators, or cultural partners
  • Balancing brand storytelling with performance outcomes in fast-paced environments
