Salary: $157,800—$236,800 USD

What you will do
- Collaborate with product leadership to craft and articulate long-term vision and strategy for ad quality, privacy, and trust & safety.
- Own and shape the product roadmap for ad quality, including creative moderation, ad policy enforcement, and fraud prevention.
- Drive proactive privacy strategy beyond compliance, evaluating global regulations for growth opportunities.
- Lead evaluations of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and innovation initiatives like new supply channels and ad formats.
- Partner with Data Platform, Exchange, and programmatic teams to improve models, reporting, workflows, and data infrastructure.
- Assess ad network health, track trends, identify risks and opportunities, and build alignment for high-impact growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Sufficient professional English for frequent communication with worldwide colleagues and partners.
- Previous experience as product manager in AdTech.
- Experience in privacy/identity, ad quality, creative moderation, or ad policies.
- Understanding of sell-side (publisher) ads ecosystem; buy-side experience is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, execution, analytical, and technical skills.
- Passion for solving complex technical issues and curiosity about leveraging AI in product workflows.
Nice to have
- Hands-on SQL experience.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, exchange technology, or supply-side platforms.
- Familiarity with global privacy and data regulations.
- Demand expertise and data production influence on advertiser value.
