What you will do

• Define and own foundational platform areas or cross-functional problem spaces that shape outcomes across multiple surfaces.
• Drive strategic alignment across product areas and make critical decisions to unblock development.
• Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, and support trends to refine product strategy.
• Independently prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts using AI coding tools.
• Develop AI frameworks, patterns, and workflows that can be adopted by other PMs to scale team efficiency.
• Mentor and elevate Senior Product Managers while contributing to the overall PM function's operations.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of owning foundational platforms or multiple product areas.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data, and GTM without direct authority.
• Systems thinking capability with the ability to anticipate second-order effects.
• Strong data instincts and proficiency in performing independent analysis and defining success metrics.
• Proficiency with AI tooling, including experience with Cursor, Claude Code, Figma AI, and MCP integrations.
• Must be based in the United States.
