What you will do

• Convert inbound premium leads into mortgage loans by promoting competitive products and programs.
• Consult with customers regarding their current and future financial goals to determine financing needs.
• Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate and timely information to borrowers.
• Manage a personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met.
• Participate in all origination steps, including meeting prospects and taking applications by phone.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal and state guidelines.

Requirements

• NMLS license and State license under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• 1+ years of construction sales or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience proactively soliciting new business and converting inbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Availability to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
