IT Manager (SAP)

What you will do

• Train and coach employees, communicate job expectations, and appraise performance.
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems per global parent guidance.
• Identify problematic areas, implement strategic solutions, audit systems, and assess outcomes.
• Manage annual IT budget, preserve assets, and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, servers, and peripherals; lead internal helpdesk for employee support.
• Collaborate with global parent IT staff on maintenance, upgrades, backups, phone systems, and infrastructure integrity.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as IT manager or relevant role.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, computer hardware/software systems.
• Expertise in data center management and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation.
• Experience with SAP, including implementation.
• Advanced level in Microsoft tools, mainly Excel.
• High problem-solving ability, multitasking, excellent communication skills.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
