What you will do

• Lead medium-to-large platform initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and technical design to rollout.
• Evolve and maintain the AWS platform, including EKS, RDS, and networking, using Terraform.
• Develop internal Python libraries and Kubernetes tooling to enable engineer self-service deployments.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions to enhance deployment and rollback capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve overall developer experience and tooling.
• Participate in on-call rotations, managing observability, incident triage, and production support.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Datadog, and PagerDuty.
• Expertise in deploying containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Lambda within AWS.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, infrastructure frameworks, and DevEx tools.
• Experience working within healthcare, health tech, or other heavily regulated environments.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
• Must be based in the United States
