What you will do

• Build and enhance the platform using Java and React to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate AI-driven automations, faster approval workflows, and contextual user assistance.
• Optimize application responsiveness and scalability for high user volumes and large data sets.
• Collaborate with designers and PMs to transform business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Maintain high engineering standards through robust, testable code and active participation in code reviews.
• Research and implement new AI/ML trends to evolve system architecture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong development background with Java and React.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) on a daily basis for code generation and testing.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable applications in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
• Must be able to work from the Tel Aviv office three days a week (Tue–Thu).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience contributing to AI-driven products or features.
