TL;DR

Senior Software Developer (.NET/Azure): Building and owning a platform for financial clarity for businesses from SMEs to Fortune 500 enterprises with an accent on full-stack feature delivery and scalable cloud solutions. Focus on designing resilient distributed systems, optimizing liquidity management, and implementing CI/CD pipelines in an Azure environment.

Location: Hybrid (Israel) - Must be based in Israel with 10+ days of in-office attendance per month

Salary: $160,000 — $200,000 USD (Annual Base)

What you will do

  • Design and deliver full-stack features across frontend, server-side, and database tiers.
  • Build scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services.
  • Own delivery pipelines and feature flags to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional testing, including performance and security.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues using observability and logging tools.
  • Mentor fellow engineers, lead technical designs, and participate in the on-call pager rotation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Israel (Hybrid model: 10+ days per month in office).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of application development experience.
  • Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET/Core, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.
