What you will do

• Lead the design and development of high-performance, modular backend services within the hirify.global One ecosystem.
• Optimize critical platform components for massive data ingestion and low-latency processing across global environments.
• Drive architectural decisions and implement scalable, cloud-native best practices.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical leadership to foster a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with Product, SRE, QA, and Security teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex distributed system issues to guarantee production reliability.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or a strong professional track record in server-side development.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, C#, or equivalent modern languages.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput data stores like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry or working with security-centric data pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and complex backend data state management.
