What you will do

• Perform end-to-end development of features and systems used by internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a technical focal point for software design and development best practices.
• Integrate AI models and LLM capabilities into company applications.
• Improve development workflows through the implementation of AI capabilities.
• Develop in a fast-paced environment based on CI/CD.
• Investigate and implement new technologies and ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE from a leading university (Must).
• 6+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript and web technologies.
• 3+ years of server-side development with Node.js.
• 3+ years of client-side development with React.
• Experience designing large distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations and AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Experience working with AWS or DevOps.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of advanced AI techniques including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings.
• Expertise in AI algorithmic methods.
