TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with French fitness partners, focusing on retention and engagement.
- Manage onboarding and support via Zendesk as the main point of contact.
- Review and renegotiate commercial conditions for sustainability and profitability.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance to resolve issues and improve user experience.
- Identify at-risk partners and implement retention strategies.
- Provide market feedback to adapt workflows and contribute to regional projects.
Requirements
- Native French and fluent English
- 1+ year in user-facing or partner-facing roles (Account Management, Customer Success, Support)
- Comfortable with high-volume calls, video interactions, and challenging conversations
- Proactive, ownership-oriented in fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Excel (plus)
- Passionate about networking and team collaboration
