Location: Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV (3 days a week on-site required)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project plans for Global Quality initiatives, including milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards to visualize Quality KPIs and defect trends across product lines.
• Architect and manage the Quality Programs SharePoint environment, including document libraries and collaboration workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between Project Management, Central Quality, and various product teams without direct reporting authority.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture critical decisions, and publish action item logs with clear ownership.
• Document standard operating procedures, process maps, and project playbooks for quality programs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in gaming, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Las Vegas, NV.
• Proven proficiency in building reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Direct experience managing SharePoint environments, including site creation and metadata tagging.
• Ability to independently manage 10–20 active project tracks simultaneously in a demanding environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
