What you will do

• Execute and manage the Dynamic Risk Cycle (DRC) for various Tech domains within E&E Tech.
• Assess IT risks and related controls, defining improvement measures in collaboration with risk owners.
• Promote a strong risk culture and raise awareness of risk management to protect the bank's reputation.
• Monitor security, privacy, and business continuity activities to improve the in-control status of IT systems.
• Identify risks proactively and establish effective controls to mitigate potential threats.

Requirements

• Proven experience in risk management practices, preferably within an IT context.
• Knowledge of Information Security, IT Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Business Continuity Management.
• Experience working within SCRUM, AGILE, DevOps, or LEAN frameworks.
• English: Required (written and spoken).
• Dutch: Strongly preferred (written and spoken).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Utrecht, NL.
