TL;DR

Location: Must relocate to the Netherlands (Delft)

Salary: €3,546 – €5,538 per month

What you will do

  • Collect and analyze data, including interviews, surveys, ticketing systems, and incident logs, from partner organizations.
  • Study organizational and technical practices surrounding security patching and risk governance.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of over 20 scientists across computer and social science disciplines.
  • Engage with risk management professionals and decision-makers from companies like KLM-AirFrance and KPN.
  • Present research findings at international conferences and collaborate with leading global researchers.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent in social science, behavioral science, organizational science, or the human aspects of information security.
  • English language skills.
  • Ability to relocate to the Netherlands.
  • Strong academic writing and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to organize work independently and operate within an interdisciplinary team.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Dutch for conducting interviews with local organization employees.
