What you will do
- Collect and analyze data, including interviews, surveys, ticketing systems, and incident logs, from partner organizations.
- Study organizational and technical practices surrounding security patching and risk governance.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of over 20 scientists across computer and social science disciplines.
- Engage with risk management professionals and decision-makers from companies like KLM-AirFrance and KPN.
- Present research findings at international conferences and collaborate with leading global researchers.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in social science, behavioral science, organizational science, or the human aspects of information security.
- English language skills.
- Ability to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Strong academic writing and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to organize work independently and operate within an interdisciplinary team.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Dutch for conducting interviews with local organization employees.
