What you will do

• Lead the security organization, reporting directly to the CIO and advising the Board on risk and resilience.
• Embed security into the entire product lifecycle via a DevSecOps-driven Secure SDLC, including threat modeling and automated controls.
• Design and implement secure cloud-native architectures and AI initiatives.
• Implement pragmatic risk management to accelerate innovation without creating bureaucracy.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met through scalable security capabilities.
• Manage and develop a high-performing security team of 8 members.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading security in digital platform or product-centric environments, as well as traditional GRC structures.
• Deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud-native environments, and security engineering.
• Ability to balance strategic risk awareness with commercial business reality.
• Experience in securing AI-driven capabilities, including data protection and model risk management.
• Strong leadership skills with a platform-oriented mindset rather than a siloed approach.
