What you will do

• Maintain and improve ISMS and security policies across all teams.
• Drive compliance activities, prepare for audits and certifications.
• Monitor risks, update risk register, and coordinate evidence collection.
• Build security awareness and guide teams on best practices.
• Connect technology, operations, and business on security governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in security, compliance, or risk.
• Understanding of frameworks like ISO or similar standards.
• Structured approach with overview in fast-moving environments.
• Ownership and ability to bring clarity in evolving areas.
• Easy communication with technical and non-technical teams.
