What you will do

• Maintain and improve the ISMS and overall security policies.
• Drive compliance activities and prepare the organization for audits and certifications.
• Monitor risks and keep the risk register up to date.
• Coordinate recurring compliance tasks and evidence collection.
• Build security awareness and guide various teams on security best practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in security, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of ISO frameworks or similar security standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Structured approach and ability to maintain overview in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Arnhem, Netherlands.
