What you will do

• Lead daily security operations for classified programs, facilities, personnel, and systems.
• Administer personnel security actions, including clearances, access eligibility, and indoctrinations.
• Execute and manage the Foreign Disclosure Program, assessing releasability and processing requests.
• Conduct security audits, self-inspections, and implement corrective actions to ensure DoD compliance.
• Develop security policies, SOPs, and deliver education and awareness programs.
• Advise leadership on risk mitigation, insider threats, and mission assurance.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant security experience, including 1 year of foreign disclosure experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience interpreting and applying DoD security and foreign disclosure regulations.
• Hands-on experience with federal security systems such as DISS and MP-ICAM.
• Knowledge of classified information handling, safeguarding, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in security management or a related field.
• Prior experience as an FSO, CPSO, or Special Security Representative in a DoD environment.
• Completion of DIA Foreign Disclosure in-residence training or CDSE coursework.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, NCMS (ISP), or SFPC.
• Experience supporting multinational, joint, or coalition operations.
