What you will do

• Manage and maintain the company’s Facility Clearance (FCL) in compliance with U.S. government security regulations.
• Process and track employee Personnel Security Clearances (PCLs) and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver security education and training on the handling of classified information.
• Conduct FCL self-inspections and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily office operations, including visitor access, vendor management, and mail handling.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to facilitate new employee onboarding and workstation setup.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active Secret National Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years of experience managing FCL requirements per the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security guidance, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, psychology, sociology, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office toolset.
