Location: Fully in-office (non-remote) in Lowell, MA

What you will do

• Review, organize, and maintain electronic quality documentation according to internal procedures.
• Support manufacturing area audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of incoming supplier components and finished products.
• Document test results, defects, and non-conformances, communicating findings to QA staff and management.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings as a Quality team representative.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Lowell, MA, 20–40 hours per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
