What you will do

• Conduct performance and scalability testing of C++/Rust features across Linux/UNIX/Mac OSX/Windows platforms.
• Analyze performance issues from applications to infrastructure and networking layers.
• Develop software and automation to resolve bottlenecks and boost efficiency.
• Design, script, execute, and analyze tests simulating various load conditions.
• Collaborate with dev, infra, and product teams to meet SLOs/SLAs and optimize architecture.
• Monitor post-deployment performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support performance lab hardware.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software performance engineering and high-level languages, preferring C++/Rust.
• Expertise in cross-platform OS (Linux/UNIX/Mac/Windows), filesystems, databases, networking.
• Proficient in scripting, performance tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter), profiling, system tools (strace, lsof, netstat, vmstat).
• AI first mindset and proven proficiency in using AI for testing.
• Strong analytical skills and domain knowledge for stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
