Salary: $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead QA strategy, execution, frameworks, standards, and governance for enterprise software across Finance, Supply Chain, and other domains.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integrations for complex processes.
• Coordinate testing across business units, CoEs, partners; manage risks, defects, and progress.
• Collaborate with PMO, development, and functional teams to align on scope, workflows, and readiness.
• Mentor teams on QA discipline, champion quality mindset, and drive UAT cycles with stage-gate metrics.
• Evaluate and adopt testing tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Selenium; implement automation strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Quality Assurance, Testing Leadership, or Business Analysis
• Expertise leading testing across ERP, Workday, Salesforce, APIs, and enterprise applications
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum, hybrid models in matrixed environments
• Manage complex integration testing and cross-functional coordination
• Hands-on test case creation, management tools, defect processes
• Analytical, communication, stakeholder management skills; thrive in fast-paced settings

Nice to have

• Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP, Workday HCM/Finance, Salesforce Clouds experience
• Automation frameworks, performance testing tools
• Testing CoE model or QA governance setup
• Certifications: ISTQB, CSM, PMP
