Salary: $165,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical partner for federal customers across the entire CoreWeave platform.
• Provide technical guidance on running AI workloads in regulated environments, including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6).
• Translate federal customer requirements and compliance gaps into actionable feedback for Product, Security, and Engineering teams.
• Develop reference architectures and enablement content to scale the technical capabilities of the federal field organization.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. government security clearance (Secret minimum; TS/SCI strongly preferred).
• 5+ years in a solutions architect or technical field engineering role, with at least 3 years supporting federal customers.
• Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying deep learning models (LLMs).
• Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and experience with government cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP Government).
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI or Full Scope Polygraph.
• Familiarity with PyTorch and the modern LLM stack (vLLM, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage for AI workloads.
• Experience using Slurm or Kubernetes for ML job orchestration in air-gapped or classified environments.
