What you will do

• Support procurement of indirect goods and services under guidance of senior buyers.
• Assist with supplier setup, basic negotiations, and communications.
• Analyze and maintain company purchasing cards ensuring compliance.
• Place purchase orders, communicate status, and coordinate invoice processing.
• Track open orders and follow up for on-time delivery.
• Resolve basic procurement issues and maintain accurate records for reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn procurement processes and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and work in a team.
