What you will do

• Lead a small team of solution engineers to deliver customer-centric AI prototypes.
• Demonstrate AI solutions to potential customers and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop technical prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on specific customer requirements.
• Manage and respond to technical customer inquiries via email and ticketing systems.
• Improve overall team efficiency by developing FAQs, documentation, and an online community.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a software developer or consultant.
• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python programming within Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• Fluent English proficiency (German language skills are a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
• Solid understanding of hardware components.
