What you will do

  • Lead the technical strategy for key strategic accounts within the Benelux region, addressing problems across multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to VP and BU-1 leaders to drive alignment and secure long-term technical commitment.
  • Create reusable architectural patterns and guidance to benefit the wider hirify.global community.
  • Drive the adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform by delivering measurable business outcomes beyond the POC stage.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on technical discovery and the prioritization of complex use cases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales and managing complex sales lifecycles, including use case discovery and solution architecture.
  • Deep technical expertise in AI toolings, GenAI, Data Engineering, and Data Warehousing.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a willingness to learn Apache Spark.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
  • Must be based in Amsterdam and able to work a hybrid schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
