What you will do

• Design and productionize AI-augmented and agentic software systems utilizing the Microsoft Copilot suite.
• Develop multi-step AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing across real-world systems.
• Integrate and evaluate various LLM providers, including Claude, based on reasoning depth, cost, and latency.
• Implement agentic software development patterns including task decomposition, memory, orchestration, and guardrails.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Act as a technical multiplier by establishing standards and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-driven systems or AI-assisted development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
• Proven expertise with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and GitHub Copilot in daily engineering workflows.
• Experience building agentic systems involving tool-calling, state management, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Dallas, TX or Deerfield Beach, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise security, identity, governance, or Responsible AI.
• Familiarity with Copilot customization, plugins, or extensions.
• Background in architecture or technical leadership roles.
