Lead Instructor (MLOps / AI Platform Engineering): Delivering a specialized reskilling program to transition professionals into MLOps and AI Platform Engineering with an accent on ML pipelines, model deployment, and governance. Focus on translating complex MLOps concepts into digestible insights and guiding hands-on labs in Azure AI Foundry.

Location: Remote (Must work West Coast / Pacific Time hours)

Compensation: $15,500 flat fee for the project

What you will do

• Deliver synchronous remote lectures and "prompt-along" sessions covering ML pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate high-level MLOps concepts, including CI/CD for ML and governance frameworks, for non-career engineers.
• Guide students through self-paced exercises and live troubleshooting within Azure AI Foundry and ML environments.
• Provide real-time feedback and mentorship during dedicated lab hours to resolve technical roadblocks in Python and Azure infrastructure.
• Ensure students can successfully execute and articulate model lifecycle management strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software or data engineering, with 3+ years specifically in production MLOps or ML platform roles.
• Proven experience in technical instruction, bootcamp delivery, or corporate training.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Azure ML and AI Foundry.
• Proficiency in Python, Data Engineering fundamentals, and DevOps/CI/CD principles applied to ML workloads.
• Required certifications: AZ-900, AI-900, and DP-100.
• Availability: Must be fully available for 30 hours per week in mid-June and operate on Pacific Time (PT).

Nice to have

• AI-102 certification.
• Experience as an AI Platform or Azure ML engineer at a major tech firm such as Microsoft or Google.
