Lead Instructor (Agentic AI Engineering): Teaching students to design and build sophisticated multi-agent systems with an accent on tool use, memory, and long-horizon planning. Focus on delivering live technical instruction and mentorship in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel for professionals transitioning into technical AI roles.

Location: U.S. Remote (Must work West Coast / Pacific Time hours)

Compensation: $15,500 flat fee for the project

What you will do

• Deliver synchronous remote lectures and "build-along" sessions focused on designing agentic systems within Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.
• Guide students through hands-on labs involving agent design patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and API integration.
• Provide real-time Python code mentorship, troubleshooting, and debugging support for labs and capstone projects.
• Translate complex AI architecture concepts, such as memory management and planning in LLMs, into actionable steps.
• Conduct dedicated office hours to review student builds and ensure systems are robust and scalable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in a production environment.
• Deep proficiency in Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel.
• Expert-level Python proficiency, API design, and advanced prompt engineering.
• AZ-900 and AI-900 certifications are required.
• Must be available to work during West Coast (Pacific Time) business hours.

Nice to have

• AI-102 certification.
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Previous background as an AI Engineer or Azure Solution Architect at a Tier-1 tech firm (e.g., Microsoft, Google).
