Senior Product Designer (Adtech): Designing intuitive, data-informed workflows for ’s Commerce Media products to help retailers and merchants unlock advertising value with an accent on B2B scalability and complex data visualization. Location: Must be based in the United States (Menlo Park, Seattle, or other US regions)
Salary: $136,000 - $220,800 USD

What you will do
- Define and iterate on core product experiences for Commerce Media, including advertiser campaign management and retailer admin tools.
- Translate ambiguous, multi-sided problems into clear workflows, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
- Lead full design cycles from discovery through prototyping and shipped execution in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Surface new opportunities and advocate for strategic product bets to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional product design experience shipping complex B2B, analytics, fintech, or adtech platforms at scale.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency in using AI tools within the daily design practice for discovery, ideation, and validation.
- Strong interaction design craft and experience contributing to and evolving design systems.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly using storytelling and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Proven track record of using research, data, and experimentation to refine solutions.
