Salary: $155,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Lead design projects from problem framing through execution and delivery for critical product initiatives.
• Translate complex AI-driven capabilities into scalable interaction patterns and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Communicate and advocate for design decisions and direction across various stakeholders.
• Execute high-quality interaction design and visual polish for data-rich products.
• Provide actionable feedback through critiques and transition into managing and mentoring designers over time.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Deep expertise in UX and interaction design, simplifying complex systems into clear experiences.
• Ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong product thinking and decision-making skills connected to business impact.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Must meet E-verify employment eligibility requirements.
