What you will do

• Manage hybrid cloud spend for private cloud life cycle and public cloud workloads.
• Utilize Flexera for cloud cost monitoring and ensure data accuracy at billing and workload levels.
• Provide optimization recommendations to enable workload teams to implement cost-saving measures.
• Deliver monthly reports and dashboards displaying cloud cost, utilization, and performance metrics.
• Develop forecasting models to predict future cloud expenditures.
• Lead stakeholder sessions and onboard new cost managers and owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Data Analytics/Science, or Accounting (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in FinOps and Cloud Financial management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools (SQL, Python, PowerShell).
• Must be located in San Diego, CA to attend in-person events, trainings, and meetings.

• Experience with Flexera cost management tool.
