What you will do

• Champion best practices like TDD, pair programming, and design patterns in code implementation.
• Oversee the entire software consulting and delivery cycle from ideation to production evolution.
• Advocate continuous delivery to provide high-quality software and value early to customers.
• Design solutions and select technologies solving client problems within constraints.
• Collaborate with teammates to build features, prototypes, and embed UX best practices.
• Apply Technology Radar insights, use various languages/tools, and continue hands-on coding.
• Utilize DevSecOps tools, shift security left, and foster inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• Backstage (Spotify) experience is a must have.
• Well-versed in Java, Typescript, and latest Object-Oriented technologies.
• Well-versed in AWS and Azure DevOps.
• Led software development teams using Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous practices.
• Knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience influencing others, bridging product and technology, and executing technical vision.

Nice to have

• Interest in functional programming, event-driven architecture, platform engineering.
