What you will do

• Conduct structured assessments of enterprise software delivery systems, including integration patterns and release governance.
• Identify and prioritize system-level constraints affecting delivery throughput, quality, and predictability.
• Map end-to-end delivery flows across multi-team, multi-environment landscapes.
• Develop evidence-based findings and root-cause analysis to create prioritized improvement recommendations.
• Engage executive and senior technical stakeholders to align on architectural priorities.
• Translate technical findings into practical roadmaps and measurable success criteria.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil.
• 12+ years of experience in software architecture with a focus on enterprise-scale delivery systems.
• Proven track record in consulting or advisory roles for complex enterprise platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications, including Generative AI and LLM orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack Java/Spring or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated software environments with compliance constraints.
• AWS solution design or application engineering experience.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
• Experience with multi-tenant and multi-customer platform architectures.
• Cross-platform mobile engineering experience with frameworks like React Native.
