What you will do

• Develop and modify technical deliverables such as site development plans under general supervision using CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling tools.
• Apply engineering principles to create moderately complex design concepts for grading, drainage, erosion control, roadways, fencing, and utilities.
• Perform design calculations, material quantities, estimates, and maintain records.
• Review project requirements, ensure compliance with codes, standards, and BV policies.
• Provide technical guidance to other professionals, coordinate with design teams, and support field activities.
• Proactively seek knowledge of latest technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years related work experience in engineering technician roles.
• Intermediate knowledge of engineering principles, site development, and design practices.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Diploma, Certificate, or Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Related Technology.
