What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable high-performance backend services and distributed systems for large-scale model inference.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and design of the inference platform emphasizing low-latency and high-throughput.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency in production using monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to align platform with business goals.
• Manage and optimize GCP cloud infrastructure and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.
• Implement best practices for backend development, testing, deployment, and monitoring (DevOps, SRE).

Requirements

• Background in Software Engineering or related technical field.
• Extensive experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale, including GCP and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Golang for high-performance low-latency systems.
• Deep experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with microservice architectures, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
• Sufficient professional English for frequent communication with worldwide colleagues.
