Salary: $165,000 – $242,000

What you will do

• Design and operate enterprise networks across offices, data centers, and remote sites using repeatable site build patterns.
• Lead the evolution of remote access and VPN services across ZTNA, SDP, and SSL VPN.
• Implement network monitoring, telemetry, and dashboards with KPIs for availability and performance.
• Serve as the engineering interface to the NOC, coaching engineers on diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Lead design reviews in partnership with Security and SRE teams to ensure compliance and audit requirements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex network incidents and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of network engineering experience in large-scale or rapidly growing environments.
• Deep working knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, NAT, VPNs, and firewalling.
• Proven experience leading VPN and remote access designs.
• Experience building network monitoring, telemetry, and authoring operational runbooks.
• Troubleshooting experience across Layers 2 through 7.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Network automation skills using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience with Cisco (SDWan, Enterprise, Wireless), Juniper, or HPE/Aruba platforms.
• Knowledge of modern observability stacks like Grafana, Prometheus, or ThousandEyes.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust or SASE architectures at scale.
