Salary: $196,000 — $245,000 USD (IL)

What you will do
- Develop, estimate, and deliver full-stack features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers using Azure.
- Architect scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions and own delivery pipelines with feature flags.
- Lead quality assurance through unit, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Ensure reliability with observability tools, logging, and on-call rotation in YBIYRI model.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and set technical direction for engineering excellence.
- Facilitate no/low-code bank connector configurations with leading financial institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent + 8+ years application development experience
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and Visual Studio
- Extensive Azure services experience, including CI/CD in Azure DevOps
- Strong Angular/TypeScript skills with TDD/BDD practices
- Experience in complex distributed systems, cloud architecture, and deployment best practices
- Proven mentoring, cross-functional collaboration in global agile teams
