hirify.global is a cloud-based media management platform specializing in digital asset management (DAM) and media optimization.

What you will do

• Design and maintain full-stack applications that integrate hirify.global with key external platforms and ecosystems.
• Lead technical execution for ecosystem products, including embedded apps, admin tools, and integration services.
• Architect scalable backend services, APIs, and data flows to support partner integrations.
• Develop polished and reliable frontend experiences for merchants, partners, and internal users.
• Improve developer velocity by establishing reusable patterns, frameworks, and components.
• Mentor other engineers through design reviews and hands-on technical collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade full-stack applications.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
• Expertise in designing APIs and services using Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience building integrations with third-party SaaS products or commerce ecosystems.
• Proven architectural judgment to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building for commerce ecosystems such as Shopify.
• Knowledge of OAuth flows, embedded apps, and app marketplaces.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in media, DAM, e-commerce, or martech products.
• Prior experience as a technical lead without direct people management.
