Focus on building AI-augmented presale functions and facilitating high-level client presentations to VP and CxO stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the full presale cycle, from initial clarification calls to final proposal presentation.
  • Lead the creation of presale documents, presentations, and financial models, balancing hands-on work and delegation.
  • Facilitate internal strategy meetings, opportunity qualifications, and proposal reviews.
  • Act as the lead presenter during proposal meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Align contradicting interests between Sales and Delivery to ensure competitive and realistic proposals.
  • Contribute to the transformation of the Presale Function, including the development of templates and practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience in enterprise-level systems as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
  • Proven experience coordinating presales efforts, including RFP responses and objection handling.
  • Expertise in facilitating estimation sessions and converting them into delivery plans and roadmaps.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in the USA and/or Europe.
  • Ability to present to VP- and CxO-level stakeholders.
  • English: Advanced level (C1) or higher required.

  • Experience integrating AI tools into the presales cycle.
  • Experience facilitating client workshops.
