What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML issues.
• Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads.
• Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
• Act as a bridge to product teams by providing customer feedback and relaying feature requests.
• Engage with stakeholders to negotiate and drive alignment on technical solutions to customer challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
• Solid understanding of GPU computing, including CUDA, OpenCL, and ML training/inference stacks.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm or Kubeflow.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with ML tools from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience in project management and mentoring technical teams.
